Who Am I Anyway and Why Do I Do This?
Who: My name is Debra Dowdell.
I am a Business Coach for accounting professionals.
I began my own business more than 7 years ago. During that time I had committed much of my time and many of my talents and abilities as a Business and Resource Consultant for the CICA. I also have over 10 years experience in public accounting (small to mid-sized firms), and several years of business and retail management.
I am also a member of the Graduate School of Coaching with Coachville.com so I can obtain my official coaching certification.
Why: I love the accounting profession!! It’s a great profession that needs all the support, resources and goodwill we can generate.
We need to:
- attract and retain the best people to the profession;
- create and maintain high levels of service and professionalism; and
- provide outstanding value-added service to the clients!!
